Key Responsibilities:
• Project Documentation and Coordination:
• Organize and maintain project documents.
• Prepare project reports, submittals, and RFIs.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Track project progress and update schedules.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical support to project managers and site engineers.
• Basic Accounting and Bookkeeping:
• Assist with project budget tracking and cost control.
• Handle invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
• Maintain financial records and support audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Administrative Duties:
• Manage office supplies and equipment.
• Schedule meetings and appointments.
• Prepare and distribute project-related communications.
• Support general office operations as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
