Job Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in leadership roles, operations, and office management.
Preferably with Real Estate industry experience but not required.
Proven track record of managing teams and achieving operational excellence.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
