Overview: We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team and contribute to creating a positive organizational culture. This role requires managing multiple functions, liaising with various teams, and handling project coordination. .

Key Responsibilities:

• Technological Proficiency:
• Utilize various software and technological tools to enhance office productivity.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and liaise with IT support as needed.
• Effective Communication:
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Liaise with the marketing team to coordinate marketing activities and campaigns.
• Set appointments and manage leads from the sales team.
• Project Coordination:
• Assist in the planning and execution of projects.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
• Administrative Support:
• Draft and send professional emails on behalf of the organization.
• Write and edit articles related to various domains as required.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining records.
• Attention to Detail:
• Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and communications.
• Review documents and communications for errors and inconsistencies.
• Culture Development:
• Foster and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Promote company values and culture among staff.

Qualifications:

• Strong technological skills and proficiency in MS office.
