We are urgently hiring a SPARE PARTS COORDINATOR for NEWMATIC INTL FZCO in DUBAI

We, " Newmatic International FZCO" a Trading Company established in 1993 deal with the high-level Trading of Commercial Laundry Equipment, and we are one of the Leading world-class Laundry Equipment suppliers & Laundry Solutions providers in the entire Middle East. We are a group of companies with 4 Divisions & Branches are in UAE, Qatar, and Arabia.

• Position title: SPARE PARTS COORDINATOR
• No of Vacancies - 2 No's
• Work Location: Jabel Ali Freezone - Dubai
• Salary Range: AED. 3500 to 4500
• Ready to join within 1-2 weeks (Candidate must be available on UAE visit visa)

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Min 1-2 years of knowledge in coordination fields with vendors for spare parts/materials and complete the maintenance on the assigned time gap.
• Support the Spare Parts/Sales/Service team by scheduling plans and arranging Technicians/Spare parts/Materials.
• Support technicians and maintain Service maintenance logs.
• Ensure accurate spare parts/materials order processing and timely delivery of Technicians & Materials.
• Assist in developing maintenance plans and managing payment schedules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
