The Administrative will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Experience in sales and resolving customer queries and complaints. 2. Good Experience of Digital Marketing, handling the social media platforms and content creation 3. Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence. 4. Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. 5. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 6. Maintain office filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible. 7. Preparation and editing of various reports, presentations, and documents. 8. Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. 9. Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing. 10. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and relay information accurately. 11. Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion. 12. Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in Photoshop or Digital Marketing is a plus. 2. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed. 5. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. 7.
