The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations within our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain office supplies Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Assist in preparing reports, memos, and presentations Answer phone calls, handle emails, and greet visitors professionally Maintain office records and ensure filing systems are updated Coordinate with vendors and manage office-related purchases Support HR, finance, and other departments as needed Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma; an associate's degree or higher is a plus Please send your CV
