Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures, replenishing supplies as needed to ensure a clean and inviting environment for employees and visitors.
Empty trash bins and recycling containers, segregating waste and disposing of garbage according to company policies and recycling guidelines.
Wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, countertops, and windowsills, using appropriate cleaning solutions and disinfectants to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
Clean and polish glass surfaces, mirrors, and stainless steel fixtures to maintain a professional and well-maintained appearance.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and janitorial equipment, notifying supervisors of any shortages or maintenance issues that require attention.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or security concerns to appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning and sanitation tasks.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions, with minimal supervision.
Physical stamina and endurance to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects as needed.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the cleaning schedule.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
