Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Maintenance and Cleanliness:
o Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office, including meeting rooms, workstations, and pantry.
o Ensure supplies like paper, pens, and other essentials are available.
2. Support Services:
o Serve beverages (tea/coffee) to staff and guests.
o Prepare meeting rooms before appointments.
3. Stock and Inventory Management:
o Monitor pantry supplies and office inventory, and restock when required.
o Report to the supervisor about low stock or broken equipment.
4. Errands and Support:
o Handle official errands such as collecting and delivering parcels or documents.
o Assist with basic tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
5. Support to Staff & Management:
o Provide support for office events, meetings, and employee gatherings.
o Run errands as requested by management or staff.
6. Visitor Support:
o Welcome and guide visitors or clients to the appropriate meeting areas.
o Ensure visitors are comfortable and offer them refreshments.
7. Administrative Support:
o Assist in photocopying, scanning, and printing documents.
o Support basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail handling.
8. Serving Beverages & Refreshments:
o Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
o Ensure the pantry is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of office maintenance tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English or local language.
• Physically fit and capable of handling minor lifting or movement of items.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
