Regularly clean and sanitize office equipment, furniture, and fixtures. Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as stationery, pantry items, and toiletries. Arrange for repairs or maintenance of office facilities as necessary. Errand Running: Run errands outside the office, such as banking transactions, mail delivery, and picking up supplies. Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assist with the transportation of documents or materials between departments or locations. Assistance to Staff: Assist staff members with basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Set up and clean up meeting rooms before and after meetings, including arranging furniture and providing refreshments. Assist in organizing office events or functions, such as meetings, seminars, or celebrations. Support Services: Provide support to office staff as needed, including helping with tasks related to printing, binding, or laminating documents. Assist with the setup and breakdown of audiovisual equipment for presentations or conferences. Help with the arrangement of office furniture or equipment for new employees or relocations.
