• Cleaning & Maintenance :
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the office, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
• Ensure all public areas are well-organized, clean, and presentable.
• Perform daily sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Assistance to Staff :
• Serve beverages such as tea, coffee, or water to employees and guests.
• Assist with the setting up of meeting rooms and ensure cleanliness after use.
• Help in handling basic office errands such as photocopying, filing, and deliveries.
• Office Supply Management :
• Monitor office supplies like paper, stationery, and pantry items, ensuring they are well-stocked.
• Report any shortages of supplies to the office manager for timely restocking.
• Mail and Courier Handling :
• Collect and distribute mail and courier packages to relevant staff members.
• Prepare outgoing mail and arrange for courier pickups as required.
• General Support :
• Assist in administrative tasks when needed, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Support office staff in carrying out small tasks or errands within the office premises.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.
