Perform general office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Handle basic clerical duties such as sorting and distributing mail. Make deliveries within the office premises. Assist in setting up conference rooms for meetings and events. Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed. Support administrative staff with various tasks as required.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a similar role will be an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office applications. Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
