Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office premises, including common areas and workspaces. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Serve beverages and refreshments to staff and guests. Run errands such as purchasing office supplies and delivering documents. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing for events. Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed. Assist with minor maintenance tasks and liaise with building management for repairs.Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of office equipment and supplies. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Physical stamina and the ability to perform light to moderate lifting. Punctuality and reliability. Flexibility to handle various tasks as needed.
