Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning countertops, and ensuring adequate stock of utensils and supplies.
Address any spills, stains, or messes promptly to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal in accordance with office guidelines.
Assist in setting up and cleaning after office events, meetings, and conferences.
Collaborate with the maintenance team for any repairs or specialized cleaning tasks.
Greet employees, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Collect and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries promptly and accurately.
Assist with the setup and arrangement of meeting rooms, ensuring all required equipment and materials are in place.
Run errands for office supplies, documents, or equipment as needed.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments for employees and guests.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the pantry and kitchen areas, including washing dishes and keeping supplies stocked.
Help with basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Assist in coordinating office events, lunches, or special occasions.
Support the office manager or administrative team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
