Job Description

Key Duties:



Customer & Sales Staff Support:



? Serve beverages and refreshments to customers and sales staff.

? Assist in greeting and guiding customers to the appropriate showroom areas.

? Provide basic assistance to customers while they wait for their appointments or sales consultations.

Showroom Cleanliness & Organization:



? Maintain cleanliness in the showroom, including customer waiting areas, offices, and restrooms.

? Ensure showroom displays and promotional materials are well-arranged and neat.

? Ensure the showroom floor is clean and organized, including regular checks on the cleanliness of walkways and common areas.

Errand Running:



? Assist in delivering and collecting documents, parcels, or items within the showroom and external locations.

? Run minor errands as requested by the sales and showroom staff.

Inventory & Supplies Management:



? Assist in managing office supplies and ensuring necessary items are replenished.

? Keep track of stock and equipment, reporting shortages to the supervisor.

Administrative Support:



? Provide occasional clerical assistance, such as photocopying, filing, and sorting documents.

? Maintain the cleanliness and order of office areas and storage rooms.

Knowledge:



? Basic understanding of the showroom environment and the importance of customer service.

? Familiarity with the layout and functions of the automotive dealership.

? Knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards for office spaces.

Skills:



? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

? Basic organizational skills and attention to detail.

? Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

? Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and staff.

? Ability to perform general housekeeping duties with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene.

Qualification & Experience:



? High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

? Previous experience in an office support role or similar position is an advantage, but not required.

? Experience in a customer-facing environment (e.g., hospitality or retail) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
