is looking for a proactive

Office Associate

to be the welcoming face of our office and provide essential support across various tasks. This role includes front-desk duties and general office administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:



1.

Visitor Management

:

Greet and assist visitors with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience. Manage incoming calls, emails, and handle inquiries promptly.
2.

Scheduling & Coordination

:

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and maintain visitor logs. Support team members with scheduling needs and office organization.
3.

Administrative Support

:

Assist with document handling, filing, and maintaining office records. Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors for routine needs.
4.

General Office Upkeep

:

Ensure the reception and office areas are tidy and well-organized. Assist with any additional tasks needed to keep the office running smoothly.

Qualifications:



Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
