Key Responsibilities:

Support team members with scheduling needs and office organization.

Administrative Support

Assist with document handling, filing, and maintaining office records.
Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors for routine needs.

General Office Upkeep
:
Ensure the reception and office areas are tidy and well-organized.
Assist with any additional tasks needed to keep the office running smoothly.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
