Job Overview: •

As an Office Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of administrative, organizational, and support tasks that contribute to the overall productivity and functionality of our team.

Key Responsibilities •:

Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing office supplies.

Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including cleaning common areas and ensuring facilities are in good condition.

Meeting Coordination: Support the coordination and setup of meetings, including preparing materials and arranging meeting rooms.

Shopping & Errands: Handle purchasing of office supplies, groceries, and other essentials, as well as running various errands as needed.

Reception Duties : Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts within the organization.

General Assistance: Provide additional support to team members with tasks such as photocopying, filing, and other ad-hoc requests.

Qualifications: •

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.

Prior experience in a similar role or office environment preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
