Office Assistant / Office Boy

Job Description

Greet and assist visitors in the office area, providing a welcoming atmosphere.

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry, including restrooms and common areas.

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors and management during meetings or upon request

Ensure that the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., stationery, kitchen items).

Assist with filing, copying, and scanning documents.

Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for meetings.

Provide support to office staff with various tasks as needed.

Deliver and collect documents within the office.

Assist in organizing office events and activities.

Some physical activity may be required, such as lifting and moving supplies.

Manage the disposal of waste and recycling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,200.00 per month

Experience:

• office assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
