Job Summary:


We are seeking a dedicated and professional Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact to receive clients and guest at the office, while also providing support with basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Take control of reception and front of house function. Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and document organization. Manage office supplies and ensure timely replenishment. Provide support with any ad-hoc tasks as needed to assist the team.

Requirements:



Previous experience in a similar role is a plus. Proficiency in English communication. Professional in appearance and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties efficiently. Eagerness to learn and adapt to office routines.
