Job Description

Key Responsibilities:




Manage files, documents, and office supplies. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments. Support office staff with data entry and paperwork. Ensure the office remains clean and organized. Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:




High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.
