We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in our office in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
Support staff with document preparation, reports, and presentations.
Ensure the office is well-organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.
Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Perform other general office tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements Requirements:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
1-3 years of experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
