We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the office by providing essential support with administrative and general office-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning and organizing of office spaces, including workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry/kitchen areas, to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as needed.
• Restock and manage office supplies and pantry items to ensure availability.
• Handle the proper disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable materials.
• Perform daily damp dusting of furniture, windows, and bathrooms.
• Wash windows as per the scheduled cleaning routine.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and supply management.
• A friendly, cooperative, and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
