We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented LADY ( Philippines , India ) office staff to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, handle administrative tasks, and assist various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
• Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure efficient communication.
• Handle documentation, data entry, and maintain accurate records.
• Support project teams with scheduling and reporting.
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and other business documents.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an office administration role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the construction or steel industry.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles or familiarity with ERP software.
