Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Document Preparation: Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive first impression of the hypermarket. Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is organized and maintained. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel. Support to Departments: Assist various departments with special projects and tasks as needed. Provide administrative support to managers and staff. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification preferred. Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
