Job Title: Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve tea and coffee for office staff and guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space, including sweeping floors, cleaning desks, and common areas
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms and preparing for office events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide general support to office staff as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of basic office equipment and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
