We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.Responsibilities:Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying. Manage incoming calls and emails, redirecting inquiries to the appropriate person or department. Greet visitors and provide them with information or direct them to the relevant staff member. Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including ordering and stocking office supplies. Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate calendars for the team. Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members. Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and receipts. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Support HR with administrative tasks related to employee records and onboarding. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
