We are currently looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth functioning of daily office operations.Responsibilities:Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations. Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Collaborate with colleagues to support various projects and initiatives. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. UAE residency or work permit is required.
