Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate office events and assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
