Office Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Office Assistant to join our team. The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Assist with performance management processes
Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related information and support
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulationsQualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Preferred)
Proven work experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role
Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
