We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Office Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner. Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other correspondence. Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for office staff. Assist in preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain and update office records and databases. Coordinate with other departments and external partners as needed. Assist in organizing and coordinating office events and meetings. Provide general support to office staff and management as required. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
