We are seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to various departments, assist with office operations, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our workplace.Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
