The Office Assistant will provide essential support to various departments within our organization, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Assist with the organization and scheduling of meetings and appointments. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports. Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment. Assist with the coordination of office events and activities. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus. Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks. Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
