Job Description

The main Purpose of this job is to assist in day-to-day activities and provide administrative support to the department. The incumbent of this job is expected to demonstrate timeliness, accuracy in accomplishment of assigned tasks. Bachelor's degree (any Discipline) At least 3 years of experience in any administrative role and Expert of MS Office Applications. Should be proficient in English communication skills. Should possess excellent verbal & written presentation skills. Should possess excellent coordination & negotiation skills. Manage office Operations, including maintaining supplies and general office organization. Assist in maintaining manpower database including track record of all mobilizations/demobilizations. Help with date entry and e-filing of manpower documents/records. Greet and assist vendors/visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer general inquiries from vendors and direct them to appropriate team members. Assist in preparing resumes, contracts, and reports. Coordinate interviews, meetings and appointments between candidates and interviewers. Support sourcing officer during initial screening of candidates and assist in maintaining candidates' records. Prepare reports as and when required by HOD.
