Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the real estate team
• Manage and maintain office files, records, and documents
• Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries from clients
• Assist with scheduling meetings, showings, and appointments
• Handle emails, prepare correspondence, and manage calendars
• Coordinate property listings, marketing materials, and office supplies
• Assist with data entry, contracts, and paperwork
• Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Previous administrative experience is a plus, preferably in real estate
• Positive attitude, team player, and eagerness to learn
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
