Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Process and track customer orders.

- Assist with returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries.

- Update inventory and product listings.

- Coordinate shipping and ensure timely deliveries.

- Maintain order records.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- E-commerce experience preferred (Shopify, WooCommerce).

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
