Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar role within the real estate industry. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors. Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, letters).
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.
  • Assist in preparing, editing, and proofreading documents such as contracts, leases, and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the office.
  • Client and Visitor Management:
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer inquiries and provide information about properties, services, and company policies.
  • Schedule property viewings and appointments for clients and real estate agents.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Database Management:
  • Update and maintain the CRM database with client information, property listings, and transaction details.
  • Generate reports and summaries as needed for management and agents.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness in the system.
  • Financial Tasks:
  • Assist in processing invoices, rental payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Monitor office expenses and budgets, and prepare financial reports.
  • Collaborate with accounting and finance teams as necessary.
  • Office Operations:
  • Order office supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
  • Support the smooth functioning of office operations and workflows.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Office Administrator or Front Desk Officer.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate software (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology, processes, and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Experience:
  • Administrative: 1 year (Required)
  • Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
