in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day office tasks, assist management, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence Schedule appointments and meetings Manage office supplies and inventory Assist in administrative tasks and maintain records Support the team with clerical duties and other office needs

Requirements:



Proven experience as an office administrator or secretary Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
