Job Description

Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing to appropriate recipients. Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems. Handling incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls, forwarding messages as necessary. Coordinating with various departments within the company to relay information and updates. Drafting and sending official correspondence to clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Liaising with suppliers to request quotes, place orders, and coordinate deliveries. Maintaining a database of suppliers, including contact information and product details. Ensuring timely payment of invoices to suppliers and resolving any billing discrepancies Collaborating with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments Maintaining records and documentation related to projects, clients, and suppliers Russian-speaking female candidates are preferrable. English intermediate level or higher. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
