Manage the processing of HR-related paperwork (visa, renewals/cancelations and others)
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, including record-keeping requirements and reporting obligations
Monitor compliance with HR-related laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws
Maintaining document circulation and business correspondence
Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters
Handle different type of company's insurances
Manage to pay on time the utility and internet bills
Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
