We are looking for a

responsible and detail-oriented professional

to handle all

factory authority documents

and administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will oversee

document control, administrative duties, and PRO responsibilities

to ensure smooth factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage

all factory-related authority documents

. Handle

legal documentation, permits, and approvals

required for operations. Coordinate with government entities for

license renewals, approvals, and regulatory compliance

. Oversee

document control procedures, record-keeping, and filing systems

. Assist with

administrative tasks

related to factory operations. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. Liaise with PRO services for

visa applications, renewals, and cancellations

. Prepare and submit reports to management as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience

as an Admin, Document Controller, or PRO. Strong knowledge of

UAE labor laws and regulatory procedures

. Experience in

handling government portals, permits, and factory compliance documents

. Excellent

organizational and communication skills

. Proficiency in

MS Office and document management systems

. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.
