Job Description

• Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly.
• Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings. Manage communication channels, such as phone calls and emails.
• Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
• Maintaining customer relationships, The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Good sales ability , Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Hindi (Preferred)
