We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin cum Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage both administrative tasks and financial records, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and accurate bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities :
• Handle general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and organizing office supplies
• Maintain accurate financial records, including managing accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Prepare and submit financial reports and statements
• Assist in payroll processing and tax filings
• Manage office documentation, filing systems, and data entry
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
• Assist in maintaining HR records and other company compliance requirements
• Support management with other tasks as required
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
