Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
• Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
• Document Management: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation, both physical and electronic.
• Office Management: Oversee general office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and office space organization.
• Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, and handle inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry and database management tasks.
• Project Assistance: Provide support on various projects, including research, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
• Ecommerce processing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
