Job Description

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Greet visitors and provide them with a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain and update office records, including files, documents, and databases.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Manage office communications, including emails, faxes, and postal services.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide administrative support.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by providing orientation and necessary resources.
  • Support HR functions, such as maintaining employee records and assisting in recruitment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the office environment.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Education:
