Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations efficiently.
• Handle administrative tasks, correspondence, and filing.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
• Provide support for team activities and projects.
• Assist in basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in accounting is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
