We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: Manage office operations, including filing, documentation, and correspondence. Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and inquiries. Maintain and update records, reports, and databases. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow. Assist in inventory management and procurement of office supplies. Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and other essential documents. Organize meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements as needed. Support HR tasks such as attendance tracking and employee records. Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements: Proven experience in office administration or a related role. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Experience in basic accounting and invoicing is a plus.
