Position Overview: As an Assistant Placement Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior officers and providing administrative assistance to our team. Your responsibilities will include: Managing/Assisting email communications to and fro Assisting Preparation of Contracts including system entry Handling incoming calls and emails, and addressing it appropriately Maintaining and organizing files and records Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as needed Requirements: Educational Qualification (Insurance Qualification is preferable) Proven experience as an officer, office assistant, or in a relevant administrative role(Insurance & Banking background is preferable) Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Please send your CV
