We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Administrator/Accountant proficient in Tally software to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks and maintaining accurate financial records using Tally. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities: Manage office operations and administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments. Maintain accurate financial Book records and Tally software, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately. Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely payment of invoices. Assist with inventory management and procurement processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Accountant, or similar role. Proficiency in Tally software is required. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
