Procuring, maintaining, and administering computers and office equipment. Provide support to management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings. Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly. Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation Dealing with vendors and customers Excellent organizational and time management skills Great customer service and interpersonal skills Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
