Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities: Manage Helpdesk Software and assign Tickets . Procuring, maintaining, and administering computers and office equipment. Provide support to management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings. Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly. Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation Dealing with vendors and customers Excellent organizational and time management skills Great customer service and interpersonal skills Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Must be fluent in English Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
