This is a full-time on-site role for Office Administrator /HR at ZAKI Group Trading located in Dubai, UAE.
The Office Administrator /HR will overseeing daily operations of our office while handling human resources functions. This position requires a candidate with office management background, HR practices, customer service and exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Office Administration:
• Efficiently manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment and facilities.
• Collaborate with company personnel to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
• Organize and maintain document's filing system.
• Promptly manage emails, CRM platform
• Schedule and attend meetings by taking notes, preparing meeting's agenda.
• Providing excellent customer service, keep in touch with clients for a smooth onboarding process.
Human Resources:
• Sourcing, screening and propose candidates for interviews.
• Oversee onboarding process.
• Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and promote positive work environment.
• Stay abreast of HR regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR practices.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
