Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and tenants.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment; place orders as necessary.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments; prepare meeting rooms.
• Assist with real estate transactions and documentation.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Assist with property management tasks such as lease agreements and tenant inquiries.
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
