Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in administrative roles within the real estate industry, possessing strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team in delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and tenants.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment; place orders as necessary.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments; prepare meeting rooms.
• Assist with real estate transactions and documentation.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Assist with property management tasks such as lease agreements and tenant inquiries.
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
